This Cookie Policy explains how WoosahX uses cookies, local storage technologies, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), tags, and similar technologies. It supplements the WoosahX Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The current Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data in each case.

If an integrated third-party provider independently determines the purposes and means of processing, that provider may act as an independent controller. Its privacy information will be linked in the Cookie Settings, during checkout, or at the relevant point of integration.
This Cookie Policy applies worldwide to woosahx.com, www.woosahx.com, and all current or future WoosahX subdomains. It covers related landing pages, the restricted platform and account area, checkout, support and communication areas, and, where relevant technologies are used, WoosahX web apps, mobile applications, television access, and virtual reality access.
Websites, platforms, or services operated by clubs, academies, payment providers, social networks, or other partners are also subject to their own cookie and privacy notices. A link or redirect does not mean that WoosahX controls the technologies used by the relevant third party.
Cookies are small text files or data records that are stored in, or read from, a browser or device when a website is visited. Session cookies are generally deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain stored for a specified period or until they are manually deleted.
Similar technologies may include local storage objects, pixels, tags, SDKs, device or session identifiers, server-side events, APIs, and log data. They may process information about a browser or device, IP address, language, approximate location, timestamps, pages viewed, interactions, login or payment status, and consent choices.
“First-party technologies” are placed by or for WoosahX under a WoosahX domain. “Third-party technologies” are provided by external service providers that may supply hosting, security, payment processing, video delivery, analytics, attribution, support, or advertising services.
The classification below must match the categories displayed in the cookie banner and Cookie Settings. The current provider and technology list available through the Cookie Settings is authoritative.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used where they are used solely to transmit a communication over an electronic communications network or are strictly necessary to provide a digital function expressly requested by the user. These technologies may include security, login, session, shopping cart, checkout, payment status, streaming, load-balancing, and consent cookies.
Where personal data is processed, the applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in security and reliable service delivery. The exemption for strictly necessary access to or storage on a device is interpreted narrowly; convenience, internal analytics, or advertising alone is not sufficient.
WoosahX applies a prior opt-in model worldwide for all non-essential technologies. Analytics, personalization, advertising, and non-essential third-party technologies remain disabled until the user actively consents to the relevant category.
Users in the European Union and European Economic Area are protected in particular by the General Data Protection Regulation, national laws implementing the ePrivacy Directive, and, in Slovakia, Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended. Users in the United Kingdom are protected, where applicable, by the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Non-essential technologies are activated only after the user has given consent that is freely given, specific, informed, unambiguous, and expressed through an affirmative action. No optional category is preselected. Continued browsing, scrolling, closing the banner, or inactivity does not constitute consent.
The first layer of the cookie banner provides equally accessible options to “Accept All,” “Reject All,” and manage granular preferences. Non-essential technologies are not loaded before a choice is made. Rejecting them does not prevent the basic use of WoosahX or place the user at an unreasonable disadvantage. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Users may change their choices at any time through the permanently available “Cookie Settings” or “Manage Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, account area, or another comparably accessible location. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
WoosahX stores a strictly necessary consent identifier, the selected categories, date and time, the applicable policy or banner version, and withdrawal status in order to apply the user’s choices and demonstrate compliance. Consent and withdrawal records are generally retained for 90 days unless longer retention is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Consent is requested again if purposes or providers change materially, consent expires, or a new request is otherwise required by law.
A new choice may be required when the website is used through multiple browsers or devices or when cookies are deleted. Where a user is signed in and applicable law permits, preferences may also be stored at the account level.
Strictly necessary technologies may be used in the restricted platform area to authenticate users, protect accounts against misuse, manage sessions, provide access to subscribed content, enable streaming, save progress, and identify technical errors. These technologies are not repurposed to create third-party advertising profiles.
WoosahX uses Stripe Managed Payments. Checkout begins on WoosahX, after which the user is redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to enter and process payment details. Under Managed Payments, the Stripe group company identified during checkout acts as the Merchant of Record and may use its own strictly necessary technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax calculation, invoicing, refunds, and transaction-related support. Complete card or bank account details are generally processed by Stripe. The acting entity and its privacy information are displayed during checkout.
After consent, analytics, advertising, and attribution technologies may process the events “page view,” “registration,” and “checkout initiated,” together with the technical data required for those events. This data may include timestamps, pseudonymous identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, referrer, and the requested URL. A completed subscription purchase is not disclosed to advertising platforms as an advertising or analytics event. WoosahX uses the resulting reports solely for anonymized or aggregated statistics, campaign measurement, and improvement of the user journey.
These technologies are used worldwide only after prior consent. Providers may process received data only to the extent permitted by contract and applicable law. A provider may act as an independent controller where it uses data for its own purposes or across multiple services.
WoosahX does not disclose questionnaire responses; information concerning sleep, stress, recovery, energy, motivation, or self-confidence; personal messages; or uploaded photos, videos, or audio files to analytics or advertising providers for their own advertising, profiling, or general-purpose model training. Event names, URLs, pixel parameters, and server-side events are configured so that they do not reveal such content or permit sensitive inferences.
When content or functions from external providers are embedded, a connection to the provider’s servers may be established when that content is loaded. The provider may receive the user’s IP address, device information, referrer, timestamps, and interaction data. Non-essential integrations are loaded worldwide only after consent or are replaced with a privacy-friendly two-click solution.
A standard link to an external website does not itself cause WoosahX to place a third-party cookie. Once the link is opened, the privacy and cookie rules of the relevant provider apply.
WoosahX user profiles are intended only for individuals who are at least 14 years old. For users under 18, the paid subscription must be entered into by, and used under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. This contractual rule does not replace any separate cookie consent that applicable law may require from the minor and/or the parent or legal guardian.
WoosahX does not direct behaviorally targeted advertising based on platform activity to users known by WoosahX to be minors. Advertising technologies are not used in the signed-in area of such accounts to create third-party advertising profiles. Where U.S. law requires affirmative opt-in authorization for the sale or sharing of personal data belonging to an individual under 16, WoosahX does not engage in that processing without the required authorization.
For users known by WoosahX to be minors, advertising pixels, retargeting, and personalized advertising are disabled. Analytics technologies may be used for such users only after valid consent and solely for statistical, security, or technical purposes; they are not used to create external advertising profiles.
WoosahX does not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Certain U.S. state privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Depending on the actual configuration, certain advertising, analytics, or attribution technologies may fall within these definitions even when no money is paid for personal data.
Where applicable, users may opt out of processing for targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal data through the Cookie Settings, another privacy choice made available there, or another method required by law. WoosahX provides additional jurisdiction-specific privacy controls when and to the extent required for the relevant processing.
WoosahX does not use cookie or tracking data to sell or share identifiable health or mental-performance profiles for third-party targeted advertising. Information concerning sleep, stress, recovery, motivation, self-confidence, or similar matters may qualify as consumer health data or sensitive data under certain state laws. Such data is not disclosed to advertising platforms or data brokers.
This Cookie Policy does not replace any separate U.S. State Privacy Notice or Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy that may be required, including under the laws of Washington or Nevada. Before actively targeting the U.S. market, WoosahX will separately assess the state-law thresholds, opt-out mechanisms, consents, links, and consumer health privacy notices applicable to its services.
Certain technical service providers may be established in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area or may process data in those countries. Personal data is transferred internationally only where the legal requirements for such transfer are satisfied, including, as applicable, through an adequacy decision, valid certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses together with required supplementary measures, binding corporate rules, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
WoosahX limits the amount of data and access granted, uses pseudonymization, encryption, and contractual instructions where appropriate, and assesses the roles of its providers. Details about relevant recipients and transfer safeguards are provided in the Privacy Policy and the current provider list available through the Cookie Settings.
Session cookies are generally deleted when the browser is closed or the session expires. Persistent cookies and similar identifiers remain stored for the period stated in the Cookie Settings or until they are deleted or consent is withdrawn. WoosahX uses short, proportionate retention periods where practicable.
Consent and withdrawal records are generally retained for 90 days. They are retained longer only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Security, transaction, and server logs are governed by the criteria described in the Privacy Policy and are not assessed solely by reference to a cookie’s lifetime.
Users may also block or delete cookies through browser or device settings. Doing so may affect necessary login, security, checkout, streaming, or preference functions. Browser-level blocking does not always replace the exercise of statutory opt-out rights, particularly where server-side events or account-level settings are involved.
Mobile applications may also be subject to operating-system settings for tracking or advertising identifiers. These settings generally apply only to the relevant device or operating system.
WoosahX may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, purposes, applicable law, or technical processes change. The current version will be published on the website, and the date of the latest update will appear at the beginning of this Policy. If a change requires new or broader consent, the affected technologies will not be activated solely because this Policy has been updated; the required consent will be requested separately.
