This statement applies to the public website, future WoosahX subdomains and the related digital services. These include, in particular, registration and sign-in, user accounts, questionnaires, ordering and payment processes including Stripe Checkout, video players, personalised videos, VR content and future WoosahX applications.
WoosahX is a digital coaching and human-performance platform. Users can create an account, purchase available services, complete questionnaires and access personalised audiovisual content. Depending on the relevant offering, content may be used on smartphones, tablets, computers, televisions and VR devices. Certain technical components, particularly payment processing, are provided by contracted third-party service providers.
WoosahX takes into account, in particular, Directive (EU) 2019/882, Slovak Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities, and Slovak Government Regulation No. 283/2023 Coll. Our technical objective is to follow WCAG 2.2 at conformance level AA and, where applicable, EN 301 549. Reference to these standards does not constitute a declaration of full conformity.
Based on the current implementation status, the following measures have been introduced in particular:
A comprehensive external accessibility audit or formal conformity assessment has not yet been conducted. Accordingly, WoosahX does not currently claim that the entire website and all services fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA or EN 301 549.
WoosahX is not currently aware of any further specific accessibility barriers. Until a comprehensive audit has been completed, individual limitations cannot be ruled out, particularly in relation to complex interactive functions, complete keyboard operability, error messages, animations, VR content, audio descriptions, documents or embedded third-party services. This list identifies areas for further review and does not describe confirmed deficiencies.
