THE WORK
What you will work on.
- Growth strategySet priorities for B2C acquisition and find new ways to reach athletes.
- Performance marketingRun Google and Meta campaigns, manage budgets, audiences and creative work, and review cost and return.
- SEO and conversionImprove visibility, landing pages and the path to paid membership with Web and Product.
- Content and social mediaDevelop video, social media and YouTube formats with Content.
- Customer journey and email marketingWork with Customer Success on onboarding, email journeys, activation and retention.
- Testing and reportingTest ideas and review new customers, acquisition costs, conversion, revenue and retention.
- CoordinationBrief internal specialists and external partners and coordinate delivery.
YOUR BACKGROUND
What you bring.
You have several years of experience in growth, acquisition or performance marketing and have owned projects yourself.
- Hands-on experience with paid search and social ads, plus a good grasp of SEO, conversion optimisation and email marketing.
- Experience with digital offerings. Subscription models are a plus.
- Confidence working with numbers and turning what they show into practical action.
- Your own ideas, hands-on delivery and a feel for audiences and content.
- Experience coordinating internal specialists and external partners or agencies.
- Excellent spoken and written English. German is a clear advantage.
- Interest in sport and digital products.
