Consumers are encouraged to direct complaints to WoosahX at info@woosahx.com first so that an amicable resolution can be attempted.

If a consumer’s request for redress is rejected or is not answered within 30 days, the consumer may, subject to Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes, submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution to a competent ADR entity. Depending on the subject matter, the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorized ADR entity may have jurisdiction.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is not linked because it was discontinued pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
